COURSE OVERVIEW
BA (Hons) Business and Management is our most popular undergraduate business degree. The course gives you a broad foundation in management, marketing, finance, operations and the world economy.
This course is for people who have a Higher National Diploma (HND) level qualification and want to gain a full undergraduate degree in just one year.

COURSE STRUCTURE
A typical week for you will include lectures, seminars, group work and e-learning. Your progress will be assessed by written exams, case studies, assignments, and reports.
Compared to HND level, you will be expected to work much more independently and take greater responsibility for your own learning.

Entry requirements
The typical entry requirement is successful completion of an HND or its equivalent as follows:
- BTEC HND in Business and Management or in a related area
- IBAM Advanced Diploma in Business Administration
- ABE Advanced Diploma in Business Administration
- 240 credits or equivalent of a recognised UK undergraduate award in a relevant subject
We also require three passes at GCSE grade C or above, which must include Mathematics and English Language, or a minimum of Level 2 Key Skills in Communication and Application of Number. If you have studied for a GCSE which has a numerical grade then you will need to achieve a grade 4 or above.
Fees and finance
The full-time annual fee for this course is:
- £9,250 if you are from the UK/EU
- £11,500 if you are an international student. However, all international students applying in 2019 are eligible for a £1,500 scholarship. This means that the total tuition fee you will pay is £10,000 each year.
